Jones Lang LaSalle’s Leisure Agency team has completed a deal on behalf of client X-Leisure to lease a 26,000 sq ft (2,415 sq m) leisure unit in Wolverhampton, to AMF Bowling.

Terms have been agreed on the former Healthlands Health & Fitness unit at Bentley Bridge Leisure Park for a  new 25 year lease.

AMF are currently fitting out the unit and have a target opening of the end of November. As part of the deal a new A3/A4 unit of 3,500 sq ft will be created adjoining the new bowl. Jones Lang LaSalle will be marketing the new restaurant unit.
