Edinburgh, 14 May 2008 – Marie Curie Cancer Care is to relocate to new open plan offices in Edinburgh, announced Jones Lang LaSalle today.
The charity has struck a six-year deal worth £77,112 per annum to sub-let from CA a 5,509 square feet first floor office suite at Great Michael House in Links Place, Leith.
Paula Fern, associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle, which acted for CA, said: “This is one of the largest transactions in the Leith market in the past 12 months. The space became surplus to requirements and this deal absolves CA from their entire lease liabilities.”
