Birmingham, 15th May 2008 – Jones Lang LaSalle has announced the recruitment of Sarah Abel as a senior surveyor in its Valuation Advisory team in Birmingham. Sarah has over five years’ experience and joins from DTZ.
Jan Thompson, head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Birmingham office, said: “Sarah’s appointment brings our Valuation Advisory team to a total of seven fee-earning staff, and demonstrates our continued investment in our Birmingham business.”
In her new role, Sarah will undertake regional portfolio valuations across the West Midlands, providing advice to property companies, pension funds and institutional investors; as well as loan security work for banks and other lending institutions.
Sarah Abel added: “I am looking forward to the opportunities and challenges that my new role presents, and helping to contribute to the growth of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Birmingham business.”
