12 residential professionals support the Midlands, covering land agency, investment, affordable housing, valuation and new home sales. We advise landowners, investors, developers and RPs.
10 dedicated agents advising a wide variety of funds, investors, developers and occupiers on the marketing, disposal and acquisition of commercial property throughout the Midlands.
JLL's Birmingham team maximises site value across sectors with planning, appraisal & development advice, to public and private sector clients on all areas of property consultancy.
15 strong team covering all aspects of built environment including building surveys, schedule of dilaps, new build and occupier PM. We operate in all sectors including offices, retail and industrial.
Our Team extends to 10, covering all areas of business rates advice. We specialise in advising Investor/Developers and Occupiers to minimise business rates liability to the lowest possible level.
JLL has 4 people covering investment in commercial real estate via sales, acquisitions and fundings in the Office, Industrial & Logistics, Retail, Hotel and Leisure Sectors.
JLL’s 40 experienced professionals in the West Midlands actively manage clients’ commercial investment portfolios, develop real estate portfolio strategies for occupiers, and offer effective solutions for businesses.
