 - Publisher Wolter Kluwer faced an August 2010 lease break and engaged Jones Lang LaSalle to review options 

- A search led to 3 shortlist possibilities plus a lease regear offer from the landlord.  Staying in situ offered a potentially attractive option and negotiations were opened 

 - We achieved a 3 year break postponement, the removal of the 2010 rent review and - if the client remains to the end of the lease term - all reinstatement liability to be extinguished.

 - Costs were therefore maintained going forward, no major fit out or relocation costs were incurred and the client maintains flexibility for the future
