The Residential and Valuation Advisory teams combined to secure Jones Lang LaSalle's appointment to East Thames Housing's consultants panel.  The teams will provide a wide range of advice including valuation, the core service, as well as agency, new homes, planning and development appraisal. Jones Lang LaSalle was one of 30 firms that applied for the role and one of four to be awarded a four year appointment. 
 
East Thames operates in the East London and Essex region, including the Thames Gateway.  It is a major partner in Triathlon Homes, the joint venture acquiring the Olympics residential legacy at the Athlete's Village.
