Performance measurement & monitoring (read more)
We provide bespoke advice on the most appropriate activities, impact areas and indicators against which to measure sustainability performance. Robust and easy to use tools and methodologies have been developed by Jones Lang LaSalle to help you and your building managers record and validate your real estate sustainability impacts (i.e. energy, water, waste, transport). We can train your property or site managers in the use of these tools, and we supply regular analysis on performance trends to meet with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles.

Our sustainability benchmarking service allows you to compare the sustainability performance of your assets and sites with relevant industry peers or industry norms. Carbon footprinting & accounting (read more)
We can provide a rigorous assessment of a client’s carbon footprint, whether it be a single property or an entire portfolio. If you are a UK business, our advice helps you to prepare for compliance with the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme and includes meticulous error-checking and validation of data quality to ensure reliable results. Extensive experience in footprinting and accounting has allowed us to develop unique analytical frameworks to distinguish between landlord and tenant emissions, and categorise these under Scope 1, 2 and 3 according to the internationally-recognised Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
