With such a huge change in both the real estate investment and debt markets during 2009 we are pleased to be able to publish our latest report on a Lenders' Expectations Survey.
 
Throughout September and October we conducted in-depth questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with lenders and directors of many of the leading banks based in London. The results of this work allowed us to produce a forward looking review of the commercial property lending market from now until 2011.
