The bounce back in activity witnessed in the Auction room over the last two quarters has paused slightly with Q2 total volume realised dropping by 10% to £90m, compared to the same period last year. This is consistant with the trends observed in the Jones Lang LaSalle latest investor confidence survey which showed confidence tailing off slightly in Q2 compared to Q1 2010.
