In terms of overall number of parks in the database, this is almost at the level achieved in Retail Park OSCAR 2007. Whilst information on the 2007 reconciled service charges has declined, the service charge budget information for 2008 is similar to Retail Park OSCAR 2007.

A database of 250 parks represents around 20% of all multi-let Retail Parks in the UK.

Data is presented in both imperial and metric units, and this year's analysis is based on the following:

- 227 parks for "Budgets" ¥ A total floor area of 31.70 million sq ft (2.94 million sq m)

- Overall 2,337 units ¥ A total spend of £23.30 million in 2007

- A total budgeted spend of over £30 million in 2008
|

- Data from 11 contributors

- Approximately 85% of the parks included within the database are managed by our contributors and their managing agents

- Unit user information has been analysed for all 250 parks
