The overall average reconciled service charge rate calculated from the total database was £0.96 per sq ft (£10.33 per sq metre) which is the same as last year (Retail Park OSCAR 2007). 

The highest rate was £4.12 per sq ft, the lowest £0.03 per sq ft and the standard deviation is expressed as £0.56.
