Comment
The year on year increase is 15.46% across all classes, but is significantly higher for Bulky Goods Parks and lower for Retail and Shopping Parks. This increase is much higher than inflation and other measures.

  Comment
This shows a large saving between budgets and reconciled service charges. This suggests that landlords have cut costs during 2007 and put off expenditure across all classes of parks particularly Bulky Goods Parks.  We would anticipate that recessionary pressures may well result in 2008 reconciled service charges ultimately showing a reduction in budgeted levels.
