- Infrastructure works of £1 Million are being put into an exciting new business park at Cullompton by leading, national developers, Gladman reports Tim Western of joint marketing agents, Jones Lang LaSalle
The infrastructure works commenced in early January this year and will open up the nine acre site, which already has a detailed planning consent, and is the natural extension to the established Kingsmill estate just off junction 28 of the M5 motorway.
Tim Western said:"It is great to see the activity on site, preparing the way to house distribution or manufacturing companies in new buildings. The whole M5 corridor south of Taunton is starved of available, second-hand buildings and we know that occupiers are now seriously considering new build as a solution. Cullompton is already a popular location for distribution companies, with the likes of Gregory's, Bako and Milklink."
Andy Hartwright of Gladman commented: "Cullompton Business Park provides now a very real opportunity for occupiers. We are experienced in delivering cost effective buildings that meet occupier's specific requirements and are built to the latest design and sustainability standards."
Tim Western concluded: "Infrastructure works will finish in June this year and new buildings from 10,000 sq ft upwards are available on either a freehold or leasehold basis."
