Leeds, 23rd February 2010 - Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to market two landmark office properties in Leeds city centre by Evans Property Group.

 

Minerva and Capitol House, located on East Parade, total 55,000 sq ft and 45,000 sq ft respectively, are to be made available on flexible lease terms at rents ranging from £14 -16 per sq ft plus parking.  Minerva House will shortly undergo some cosmetic improvements before being re- offered to the market.
