Jones Lang LaSalle Planning team submits application for Richmond retail and office scheme




London, 22nd June 2009 - Jones Lang LaSalle’s Planning team has submitted a detailed proposal for a mixed use town centre scheme in Richmond upon Thames. The scheme comprises 65,000 sq ft of accommodation with 38,319 sq ft of offices and 24,000 sq ft of retail space.
 
Jeff Field, Planning director at Jones Lang LaSalle said; “The scheme achieves a BREEAM Excellent rating and will deliver a high end product for this part of the town centre. We have consulted widely on the design in an attempt to achieve a smooth planning process.”  Jones Lang LaSalle is advising on planning.

Acting on behalf of Wereldhave Property Corporation plc, the site has a tight urban context. The architects are Christian Garnett Partners.
