The Auctions team specialises in providing advice on all aspects of sub-£3 million sales including retail, office, industrial and leisure investments, together with land and buildings with development potential from across the UK.
The advice includes method of sale, either private treaty or auction, together with such matters as timing, pricing and suitability for sale, and pre-sale issues such as re-letting and lease restructuring.
