Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL)
EXtensible Business Reporting Language, or XBRL, is an XML-based language for the electronic transmission of business and financial data. Use of XBRL facilitates the uploading of data into databases for analysis. XBRL is not an accounting standard; it is simply a standard for transmitting data. The SEC has recently required companies to provide portions of their periodic filings in XBRL as exhibits to these filings. The XBRL files included on this web page are the XBLR exhibits that the Company has filed with the SEC. These XBLR filings are displayed in their native XML format to facilitate a database upload, an XBRL viewer is needed to display this data in a traditional format.
